Follow-up on June 27 post

This is what the supplements have done for my legs. I already showed you the improvement in my arms, but this is quite dramatic too:

  2. I think it's the combination, plus the dosage I'm taking that has done it, especially the 4000 ui of vitamin D3. Such an improvement after 3 years!
